THE ORGANIZATION HAS DEVOTED ITS TIME TO FACILITATE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO PARKING RAMPS IN THE CITY OF JAMESTOWN, NY'S ECONOMICALLY DEPRESSED DOWNTOWN BUSINESS DISTRICT.
