TO MANAGE THE AFFAIRS OF THE MT LEBANON BAPTIST CHURCH OF PEEKSKILL RENTAL PROPERTIES. THIS INCLUDES COLLECTION OF RENTS, PAYING MONTHLY BILLS AND MAINTENANCE /UPKEEP OF ALL ES INCLUDING REPAIRS AND RENOVATIONS. ALSO PROVIDING QUARTERLY REPORTS TO THE CHURCH BOARD.
