SINCE ITS INCEPTION IT HAS EXCLUSIVELY ONLY SERVED AS A COMPANY HOLDING TITLE TO PROPERTY. THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAINTAINING, DEVELOPING AND OPERATING ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY THE FUND WAS AT ITS INCEPTION DELEGATED TO URBAN RESOURCE INSTITUTE.
