THE ORGANIZATION FOCUSES ON PROMOTING THE IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS CONDITIONS IN THE INDUSTRY BY DEVELOPING A NUMBER OF ACTIVITIES THAT WILL ENABLE ITS MEMBERS TO BE BETTER AT THEIR JOBS, TO CONNECT MORE EASILY WITH THIER PEERS, AND TO ADVANCE THEIR CAREERS.
