These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

PUBLISH THE ERA BULLETIN ON A MONTHLY BASIS TO REPORT ELECTRIC RAILWAY CURRENT EVENTS AND HISTORICAL STUDIES. MEET 10 TIMES PER YEAR TO MAKE PRESENTATIONS ON ELECTRIC RAILWAY HISTORY AND CURRENT EVENTS. OPERATE INSPECTION TRIPS TO ELECTRIC RAILWAY FACILITIES AND MUSEUMS. OPERATE ONE INTERNATIONAL TRIP EVERY OTHER YEAR TO EXTENSIVELY STUDY ELECTRIC RAILWAY OPERATIONS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY.
