OUR PARTICIPANTS SHARPEN THEIR TOOLS TO UNDERSTAND AND APPRECIATE THEMSELVES AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF A COMMUNITY. THESE YOUNG WOMEN WILL US THEIR LEASERSHIP SKILLS TO ADDRESS THE SOCIAL IMBALANCES DUE TO RACE, CLASS, AND GENDER THAT EXIST THROUGHOUT THE WORLD TODAY.
