IS FORMED TO PROMOTE THE GROWTH OF YOUTH SPORTS ON LONG ISLAND AND THROUGHOUT NEW YORK STATE AND TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO YOUTH SPORTS PLAYERS TO PARTICIPATE IN COMPETITIVE TRAVEL PROGRAMS THAT WITHOUT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, THEY WOULD BE UNABLE TO AFFORD.
