THE COMPREHENSIVE AND CRITICAL SOCIAL SERVICES PROVIDE A CONTINUUM OF CARE THAT IS TAILORED TOWARD A PATH OF SELF-SUFFICIENCY WITH A GOAL TO PROVIDE SUCH HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH THE TOOLS AND RESOURCES NEEDED TO PROMOTE LONG TERM SOLUTIONS IN ORDER TO STABILIZE AND MAINTAIN THEIR TRANSITION BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY.
