ROYAL GARDENS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FUND COMPANY, INC., PROJECT NO. 014-EH282 (THE ORGANIZATION), IS A DULY AUTHORIZED NON-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XI OF THE PRIVATE HOUSING FINANCE LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK. THE ORGANIZATION WAS ORGANIZED SOLELY AND SPECIFICALLY TO DEVELOP, OWN AND OPERATE A LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROJECT ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, SAID PROJECT KNOWN AS ROYAL GARDENS APARTMENTS, A 74-UNIT PROJECT (ONE UNIT IS OCCUPIED BY THE SUPERINTENDENT AND IS NON-INCOME PRODUCING), LOCATED AT 100 ROYAL GARDENS WAY, BROCKPORT, NEW YORK.

MISSION:

THE DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING THROUGH CONSTRUCTION, INVESTMENT AND REHABILITATION.

The goal of this organization is to develop, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing that is available to people who qualify on the basis of income, age or disability for publicly subsidized housing e.g., HUD housing or housing assistance under Section 8 of the Housing and Urban Development Act.

THE COALITION IS A STATEWIDE MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO STRENGTHENING AND REVITALIZING RURAL NEW YORK BY ASSISTING HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROVIDERS. THE COALITION SUPPORTS RURAL HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROVIDERS THROUGH: ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT; SKILLS/CAPACITY BUILDING; EDUCATION AND TRAINING; RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT; RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS; AND PUBLIC POLICY RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS.

The goal of this organization is to clear slums and renew or rehabilitate old housing and other structures including abandoned buildings in blighted and depressed residential neighborhoods in order to provide a safe, sanitary and pleasant place for people to live.

TO PROMOTE THE SANCTITY OF LIFE AND PROVIDE A LOVING HOME FOR PREGNANT HOMELESS WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN. OUR HOME PROVIDES A STRUCTURED LIVING ENVIRONMENT, FREE IN-HOME DAYCARE, INDIVIDUAL CASE MANAGEMENT PLANS AND LIFE SKILLS PROGRAMS. THROUGH THE END OF 2022, WE HAVE HELPED OVER 110 WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN.

The goal of this organization are the residential options exclusively for older adults who want to have a simpler, maintenance-free lifestyle and enjoy the company of peers with common interests, or who require a moderate amount of support in the activities of daily living to maintain independent living.
