THE PRIMARY BENIFICIARY IS THE GREATER NEWARK LIFE CAMP WHICH IS A RECOGNIZED SECTION 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ENTITY THAT PROVIDES AN ENRICHING DAY-CAMP EXPERIENCE FOR OVER 300 INNER-CITY YOUTH EACH SUMMER.

THE PROMOTION, INSTRUCTING, TRAINING AND EDUCATING 352 BOYS AND GIRLS WITHIN THE LEAGUES JURISDICTION IN THE RULES, METHODS, AND MEANS OF PLAYING CAL RIPKEN AND BABE RUTH BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL. THE LEAGUE OFFERS 50/70 BASEBALL, T-BALL, MAJOR AND MINOR LEAGUE DIVISIONS.
