SOUND START FOUNDATION (THE FOUNDATION) SUPPORTS THE SOUND START BABIES PROGRAM FOR DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING CHILDREN, WHICH PROVIDES LIFE-CHANGING EARLY INTERVENTION, FAMILY-SUPPORT AND NURSERY PROGRAMS TO CHILDREN WITH HEARING LOSS THROUGHOUT NEW JERSEY.
