THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO BE A BRIDGE BETWEEN THE LOCAL ARTS COMMUNITY AND THE CITY OF ASBURY PARK, FOSTERING THE UNDERSTANDING THAT ARTS ARE THE ECONOMIC ENGINE OF THE CITY.
