TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO SENIOR CITIZENS. RENT IS DETERMINED ONLY TO RECOVER OPERATING COSTS. RESIDENTS ARE EXPECTED (BUT ARE NOT REQUIRED) TO PAY FEES FOR ROOM RENTAL WITHIN THEIR FINANCIAL ABILITY TO PAY.
