TO OFFER AN ELITE ENVIRONMENT PREDICATED ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF EACH ATHLETE AS BOTH A SOCCER PLAYER AND A HUMAN BEING. WE HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO GUIDE AND NURTURE OUR PLAYERS TO BE THE BEST THEY CAN BE IN THEIR ATHLETIC, ACADEMIC, AND PERSONAL ENDEAVORS. TO PROUDLY REPRESENT THE VARIOUS COMMUNITIES OF WEST MICHIGAN THAT WE ENCAPSULATE THROUGH THE GAME OF SOCCER.

TO PROMOTE WATER SAFETY THROUGH TEACHING CHILDREN AND YOUTH TO SAIL.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

MISSION:

SWEDETOWN TRAILS CLUB (STC) IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING THE BEST TRAIL EXPERIENCES POSSIBLE AT THE SWEDETOWN RECREATION AREA IN CALUMET, MICHIGAN. CLUB MEMBERS WORK TO CONNECT PEOPLE TO TRAILS, NATURE, AND EACH OTHER THROUGH OUTDOOR RECREATION. THE CLUB PROMOTES YEAR-ROUND NON-MOTORIZED SPORTS BY SUPPORTING TRAIL USE, DEVELOPMENT, MAINTENANCE AND RELATED SPORTS EDUCATION AT SWEDETOWN RECREATIONAL AREA. THE STC AND CALUMET TOWNSHIP WORK TOGETHER TO PROVIDE RESPONSIBLE, SUSTAINABLE, AND POSITIVE RECREATION AMENITIES FOR ALL TRAIL USERS.

The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in archery; fly or bait fishing; game bird, game fowl, or game animal hunting; fox hunting; and/or the use of firearms on the target range.

TO EDUCATE MEMBERS IN THE SPORT OF ROWING CONSISTENT WITH THE EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY OF THE NORTHVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE MIDWEST SCHOLASTIC ROWING ASSOCIATION. ADDITIONALLY NRC ENCOURAGES AND SUPPORTS THE ACADEMIC AND PHYSICAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF ITS MEMBERS

The goal of this organization is to sponsor sports competitions for amateurs at the national, state, or international level or competitions at multiple levels including the international level.

TO PROMOTE SOUND CONSERVATION, TO SAVE AND DEFEND FROM WASTE THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF MICHIGAN, TO PROMOTE SOUND ENVIRONMENTAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND SHOOTING SPORTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SHOTGUN, RIFLE, PISTOL, AND ARCHERY AND TO ENGAGE IN ANY OTHER RELATED ACTIVIES WHICH CAN BE LEGALLY AND APPROPRIATELY CARRIED OUT IN CONNECTION WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED ACTIVITIES.
