TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES, AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AND AGENCIES CONCERNING ALL ASPECTS OF HOUSING ACQUISITION, FINANCE AND MAINTENANCE.
