ROOT CAUSE RESEARCH CENTER - 2022/23 ACCOMPLISHMENTS- BUILT A BASE OF TENANT POWER IN LOUISVILLE- PASSED A METRO COUNCIL RESOLUTION TO REMOVE ONE OF THE WORST SLUMLORDS FROM THE CITY AND CANCELLED THE ALL CONTRACTS FOR OVER 1200 UNITS- WROTE AN ANTI-DISPLACEMENT ORDINANCE WITH OVER 200 RESIDENTS IN HISTORICALLY BLACK NEIGHBORHOODS AND IN CO-GOVERNANCE RELATIONSHIP WITH COUNCILPERSON- PASSED RIGHT TO COUNSEL LEGISLATION-WAS PART OF THE FIRST TENANT DELEGATION TO MEET WITH THE WHITE HOUSE -TOOK THE FIRST TENANT DELEGATION TO MEET WITH THE KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION- WON BETTER MAINTENANCE STANDARDS FOR TENANTS IN OVER 12 BUILDINGS
