LEGACY PROPERTIES OF THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF HANCOCK COUNTY, INC. ("LEGACY PROPERTIES") SHALL SERVE AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF HANCOCK COUNTY, INC. ("FOUNDATION") FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACCEPTING GIFTS OF AND/OR PURCHASING REAL ESTATE OR OTHER ASSETS. LEGACY PROPERTIES SHALL SELL, KEEP AND/OR MANAGE SAID REAL ESTATE OR OTHER ASSETS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SERVING THE CHARITABLE MISSION AND PROGRAMS OF THE FOUNDATION.
