THE SOLE SHAREHOLDER OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS THE ALASKA RETIREMENT MANAGEMENT BOARD, WHICH IS A TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION WHICH MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 501 (C)(25)(C). ALL DISTRIBUTIONS WERE PAID TO THE ALASKA RETIREMENT MANAGEMENT BOARD. THIS SHAREHOLDER RECEIVED THE JUNE 30, 2019 NET INCOME OF ALISIO CREEK SHOPPING CENTER, INC.
