ITS PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT IN THE FORM OF OUT-OF-HOME CARE SERVICES FOR YOUNG GIRLS BETWEEN THE AGES OF SIX AND EIGHTEEN. THESE CHILDREN ARE PART OF THE GEORGIA FOSTER CARE PROGRAM AND ARE PLACED IN THE GROUP HOME BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED PLACEMENT OR GUARDIANSHIP. OPEN ARMS CHILDREN'S NETWORK, INC GROUP HOME PROGRAM IS THE PRIMARY CAREGIVER FOR EACH RESIDENT AND THE PROGRAM'S FOCUS IS TO PROVIDE A STABLE HOME LIFE FOR THE GIRLS AND TO PROVIDE TUTORING, COUNSELING AND PERSONAL CARE WHILE KEEPING THE CHILDREN INVOLVED IN SCHOOL, COMMUNITY AND OTHER EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. THE CORPORATION'S PROGRAM, ORDERED STEPS HOME FOR GIRLS, IS FUNDED PRIMARILY BY THE GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESO
