THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AS A PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF STRENGTHENING THE MYSTERY SHOPPING INDUSTRY THROUGH COMBINED EFFORTS AND ACTIONS. IT IS THE GOAL OF THE MEMBERSHIP TO IMPROVE AND STIMULATE THE ACCEPTANCE, PERFORMANCE, REPUTATION AND USE OF MYSTERY SHOPPING SERVICES.
