THE FLORIDA HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (FHSHA) IS A NON-PROFIT 501(C) (3) ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO TEACHING AND PROMOTING ICE HOCKEY TO HIGH SCHOOL AGED YOUTH. THE FHSHA OPERATES THE LIGHTNING CONFERENCE WHICH INCLUDES TEAMS FROM THE GREATER TAMPA BAY AREA AND IS ONE OF TWO HIGH SCHOOL ICE HOCKEY LEAGUES IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AFFILIATED WITH SAHOF AND USA HOCKEY. THE FLORIDA SCHOLASTIC HOCKEY LEAGUE RUNS THE OTHER LEAGUE KNOWN AS THE PANTHERS CONFERENCE WITH TEAMS FROM SOUTH FLORIDA. TEAMS FROM BOTH LEAGUES COMPETE IN THE STATE PLAYOFFS.

DAYTONA BEACH JUNIOR GOLF ASSOCIATION, INC. IS A RESOURCE FOR AREA YOUTH WHICH EDUCATES YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN THROUGH THE GAME OF GOLF BY TEACHING ITS INHERENT VALUES. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE A FUND RAISING GOLF TOURNAMENT AND FUNDING THE 1ST NATIONAL SCHOOL GOLF PROGRAM TO TURIE-T SMALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
