THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED PRIMARILY TO INCREASE PARTICIPATION IN ICE HOCKEY AMONG FLORIDA HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, TO CREATE A DEVELOPMENTAL STRUCTURE THAT ALLOWS HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT-ATHLETES OF BOTH GENDERS TO IMPROVE THEIR ICE HOCKEY SKILLS, TO ELEVATE FLORIDA HIGH SCHOOL ICE HOCKEY TO A MORE ADVANCED, COMPETITIVE LEVEL, AND TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE STUDENT-ATHLETES RECOGNIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF ACADEMICS, AND THE NECEESSITY OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP AND COMMUNITY SERVICE.
