FRIENDS OF SOUTH FLORIDA MUSIC (FSFM) PROMOTES MUSIC EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT FOR CHILDREN OF ALL AGES AND ABILITIES IN UNDERSERVED AREAS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY.
