ITS MISSION INCLUDES A NATIONAL HIGH SPEED RAIL EXPRESS SYSTEM CONNECTING CITIES AND STATES INTO AN INTERGRATED SYSTEM, LAID OUT IN PHASES WITH AN AGGRESSIVE SCHEDULE FOR FULL SYSTEM BUILT OUT. IT SETS HIGH STANDARDS FOR DEDICATED TRACK, ADVANCED CONTROL SYSTEMS, MULTI MODEL TRAIN STATIONS, AND 220 MPH TRAINS CONNECTING MAJOR CITIES, SUPPORTED BY NETWORK OF 110 MPH TRAINS CONNECTING SMALLER CITIES.
