MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in soccer. Coaching, access to a soccer field, soccer equipment, uniforms, and officials for competitions are generally included.

MISSION:

HARTFORD TENNIS CLUB PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE AN OUTDOOR TENNIS FACILITY AND INSTRUCTION FOR MEMBERS AND GUESTS. THE MEMBERSHIP NUMBERS A MAXIMUM OF 420 ADULTS AND APPROXIMATLY 150 CHILDREN.

TO PROMOTE AND REINFORCE THE OLYMPIC SPIRIT ON COMPETITION THAT VALUES SPORTSMANSHIP, EFFORT, AND ACHIEVEMENT AND TO MOTIVATE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IN PHYSICAL FITNESS AND HEALTH THROUGH ATTAINABLE GOALS.

THE ORGANIZATION WAS FOUNDED TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND MENTAL WELL BEING OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS BY TEACHING THEM THE VALUE OF TEAMWORK, EXERCISE, DISCIPLINE, AND SPORTSMANSHIP; TO PROMOTE, ADVANCE, AND SPONSOR AMATEUR YOUTH SOCCER, INCLUDING ORGANIZING SOCCER TEAMS IN THE TOWN OF ROCKY HILL, CT; TO ENCOURAGE THE GROWTH OF SOCCER WITHIN THE TOWN OF ROCKY HILL, CT, AND TO PROMOTE YOUTH ACTIVITIES IN AMATEUR SOCCER AND RELATED RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES; TO PROVIDE INSTRUCTION, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING TO YOUNG PEOPLE TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS AND ABILITIES IN THE SPORT OF SOCCER; TO SPONSOR AND COORDINATE SOCCER GAMES AND TOURNAMENTS IN THE TOWN OF ROCKY HILL, CT AND PARTICIPATE IN SOCCER GAMES AND TOURNAMENTS ON A LOCAL AND REGIONAL LEVEL.

These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

TO PROVIDE THE YOUTH OF SOUTH WINDSOR, CONNECTICUT WITH A SOCCER PROGRAM, CONSISTING OF A AN IN HOUSE SOCCER LEAGUE, TRAVEL TEAMS, CAMPS AND CLINICS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SWIMMING PROGRAMS TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS FOR COMPETITIVE SWIMMING.
