THE PURPOSE IS NOT TO PROSELYTIZE BUT TO BLESS ALL WHO ARE INCARCERATED AND TO SUPPORT THE WORK OF THE INSTITUTIONAL STAFF AND ALL OTHER VOLUNTEERS (INCLUDING THOSE OF OTHER FAITH TRADITIONS) WHO ARE WORKING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THOSE WHO ARE INCARCERATED.
