TO PROMOTE YOUTH SOCCER THROUGH HIGH LEVEL TRAINING AND DEVELOP THE PLAYERS TO ADVANCE TO A HIGHER LEVEL OF PLAY. THE ORGANIZATION BUILDS YOUTH TEAMS AGES 8 TO 19 TO COMPETE IN VARIOUS LEAGUES AND TOURNAMENTS.

MCLA SUPPORTS THE COMPETITION BETWEEN NON-VARSITY COLLEGIATE LACROSSE TEAMS BY CREATING A FORUM THAT ALLOWS TEAMS AND THE INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF THOSE TEAMS TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS IN NATIONAL PLAY.

The goal of this organization is to operate centers which offer, at a single location, a variety of recreational facilities such as athletic fields and courts, a gymnasium, a swimming pool and public lockers. Recreational centers usually offer an organized program of activities for community residents and provide all necessary equipment.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in baseball or softball. Coaching, access to a baseball field, baseball equipment, uniforms, and managers and umpires for games are generally included.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

WE PROMOTE THE FUNDAMENTAL VALUES OF SPORTMANSHIP IN ADDITION TO PHYSICAL AND MENTAL EDUCATION IN A HEALTHY AND SAFE ENVIROMENT.

TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN SAILING AND OTHER ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES ON SAN FRANCISCO BAY THROUGH ACCESS AND EDUCATION.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO DEVELOP, PROMOTE AND ADMINISTER THE GAME OF SOCCER AMONG YOUTH (BOYS AND GIRLS UNDER NINETEEN (19) YEARS OF AGE), REGARDLESS OF RACE, COLOR RELIGION, AGE, SEX, OR NATIONAL ORIGIN WITHIN TERRITORY OF THIS ASSOCIATION. THIS ASSOCIATION REPRESENTS THE ENTIRE CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO, AND IS A CUSTODIAN OF THE PUBLIC TRUST IN BALANCING THE NEEDS OF A VERY DIVERSE COMMUNITY. OUR YOUTH COME FROM NEIGHBORHOODS THROUGHOUT SAN FRANCISCO AND FROM ALL MANNER OF SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, SOCCER CLUBS, FRIENDS' NETWORKS, AND SPORTS PROGRAMS. WE HAVE FOUND COMMON GROUND ON THE SOCCER PITCH. THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL NOT ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITIES OR EXERCISE ANY POWERS THAT ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE CARRIED ON BY A CORPORATION EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAXATION.
