AS SUCH, THE ACTIVITIES OF THE FOUNDATION INCLUDES FUNDRAISING TO ASSIST IN PAYING COSTS FOR MEET FEES, JUDGES FEES, COACHES FEES, TRAVEL EXPENSES, FOOD COSTS, INSURANCE, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES; HOSTING GYMNASTICS MEETS; PROVIDING ATHLETES WITH SPONSORSHIP FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION, AND OTHER EXPENDITURES AND ACTIVITIES EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION AS OUTLINED IN THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.
