WILLBRIDGE PROVIDES SHELTER IN LIEU OF INCARCERATION TO MENTALLY ILL HOMELESS ADULTS, AND WOMEN AT RISK OF VIOLENCE. WE PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, MEDICAL RECUPERATION BEDS AND OUTREACH SERVICES.

A LEVEL 3 AMBULATORY 6 BED INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS RESIDENTIAL FACILITY SERVING ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES MEETING TITLE 17 AND TITLE 22 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS THROUGH A FAMILIAL LIKE SETTING WHERE THEY EXPLORE POTENTIAL AND BRIDGE DEFICIT GAPS THROUGH IMPROVEMENT IN LIFE SKILLS AND SOCIAL AWARENESS AS DEMONSTRATED THROUGH SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION AND VOTING, VOLUNTEERING, AND MAXIMIZING LIFE EXPERIENCE TOWARDS INDEPENDENCE. TEACHING HEALTHY LIFE HABITS AND GOOD LIFE CHOICES.
