THE SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND VOLUNTEERS OF THE CORPORATION IN FURTHERANCE OF THE MISSION SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE PRESIDENT/CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OR DESIGNEE.
