THE PURPOSE OF MTRC IS TO HELP INNER-CITY KIDS "AT-RISK" FOR GANG ASSOCIATIONS TO CHOOSE FAMILY, CHURCH, SCHOOL & COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS OVER GANG ACTIVITY.
