TO FURNISH SICKNESS AND ACCIDENT BENEFITS FOR ALL ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES ELECTING TO ENROLL IN THE MEDICAL INSURANCE PLAN. THE PLAN INCLUDES MEDICAL AND DENTAL INSURANCE. AT THE END OF THE PLAN YEAR THERE WERE 58 ENROLLEES. 100% WILL UTILIZE BENEFITS.

THE OPERATIONS OF FOREST CEMETERY CONSIST OF THE SALE OF MONUMENTS, MARKERS AND BURIAL LOTS IN MAHASKA COUNTY, IOWA, AND THE COLLECTION OF INTERMENT FEES AND THE ONGOING MAINTENANCE OF THE CEMETERY.
