ON JULY 31, 2008, THE ORIGINAL MORTGAGE WAS REPAID WITH PROCEEDS FROM A LOAN INSURED BY HUD UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED, AND WAS AGAIN REFINANCED IN 2023 WITH PROCEEDS FROM A LOAN INSURED BY HUD UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
