THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE AUTHORIZED TO DO WHATEVER DEEMED NECESSARY, CONDUCTIVE, INCIDENTAL OR ADVISABLE TO ACCOMPLISH AND PROMOTE THE FOREGOING PURPOSES.
