SPECIFICALLY, THIS CORPORATION WAS FORMED TO BORROW FUNDS AND TO MAKE LOANS AND INVESTMENTS INTO CHARTER SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN NEW YORK.

CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS ARE UNDERTAKEN TO PROVIDE THE FACILITIES AND ONGOING OPERATING DOLLARS FOR THESE PROGRAMS.
