THE NET PROCEEDS REALIZED BY THE TOURNAMENT AND OTHER SUCH ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CITIZENS, SOCIAL WELFARE ORGANIZATIONS AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY.

WE WORK TO PROMOTE RACIAL JUSTICE WITHIN THE OUTDOOR AND ENVIRONMENTAL MOVEMENT. OUR SYSTEMS CHANGE APPROACH INCLUDES GRANTMAKING, ANTI-RACISM TRAINING, CAREER PATHWAY DEVELOPMENT, AND CAPACITY BUILDING.
