THE FOUNDATION RESCUES, REHABILITATES AND FINDS HOMES FOR THE DOGS AND CATS IN THE PROGRAM BY PLACING THEM INTO FOSTER HOMES OR PETSMART CAT ROOM WHILE BEING MARKETED FOR ADOPTION. THE GOAL IS TO HELP DECREASE THE NUMBER OF STRAY AND UNWANTED PETS IN THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES: ASSISTANCE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 21 WHO ARE PHYSICALLY AND/OR MENTALLY IMPAIRED WITH CLOTHING, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, FOOD, MEDICAL, HOUSING AND UTILITIES; EDUCATIONAL NEEDS FOR CHILDREN SUCH AS SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND CLOTHING; FOOD (VOUCHERS FOR LOCAL STORES AND ON-SITE FOOD PANTRY); HOUSING (ASSISTANCE FOR RENT, RENT DEPOSITS AND MORTGAGE PAYMENTS); HELP IN PURCHASE OF MAINTENANCE MEDICATIONS; PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS (SOAP, SHAMPOO, DEODORANT, ETC...); SHELTER (DISASTER, HOMELESS, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND TRANSIENTS); TRANSPORTATION (TRANSIENTS AND MEDICAL); ELECTRICITY AND WATER UTILITIES.

MISSION:

176 CASH CONTRIBUTIONS MADE TO 124 DIFFERENT 501(C)(3) RECIPIENTS. DONE TO REDUCE HOMOPHOBIA BY ESTABLISHING GOODWILL WITHIN THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR THE LBGTQ (LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER, AND QUEER) COMMUNITY IN VERMONT.
