THE DOUGLAS COUNTY 4-H ASSOCIATION SERVES 700+ YOUTH THROUGH THE VOLUNTEER SERVICES OF APPROXIMATELY 300 LEADERS. THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS INFORMAL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION.
