IN ADDITION TO OFFERING SUCH SERVICES DIRECTLY TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED, THE FOUNDATION MAY ALSO PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES TO OTHER COMMUNITY OR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WHICH WILL PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES AT NO COST TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED.
