THUS, THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, BY UNANIMOUS WRITTEN CONSENT DATED AUG. 9, 2021, AGREED IT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE ORGANIZATION TO DISPOSE OF ITS ASSETS, PAY ITS DEBTS, AND DISSOLVE THE OHIO 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT CORPORATION.
