MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in ice hockey, ice skating, alpine and cross-country skiing, sledding/tobogganing and other winter sports. Coaching; access to skating rinks, ski slopes or other facilities; sports equipment; and officials for competitions are generally included.

These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

SPECIFICALLY, THE CORPORATION'S OBJECTIVES SHALL BE THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL LEAGUES FOR THE YOUTH OF THE TOWN OF RAYNHAM IN BRISTOL COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS. SUCH LEAGUE SHALL PROMOTE IDEALS OF SPORTSMANSHIP IN THE ADDITION TO THE INSTRUCTION IN THE SPORTS OF BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL TO ALL PARTICIPANTS.

FORUM TO ACQUIRE AND DISSEMINATE VALUABLE TECHNICAL AND BUSINESS INFORMATION FOR THE PIPELINE INDUSTRY. FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE PIPELINE ENGINEERING AND OPERATING PRACTICES FOR THE MUTUAL BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE INDUSTRY. STUDY AND INTERCHANGE KNOWLEDGE AND IDEAS RELATIVE TO THE PIPELINE INDUSTRY. PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO DESERVING COLLEGE STUDENTS.
