WE ARE A STATE-OF-THE-ART, COMMUNITY-SUPPORTED, AQUATIC FACILITY COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE IN PROGRAMMING THAT IMPROVES THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT FOR PEOPLE IN THE BURLINGTON COMMUNITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS AT A REASONABLE COST FOR ALL AGES, ABILITIES AND BACKGROUNDS. OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE A SENSE OF COMMUNITY, ENHANCE NEIGHBORHOODS, STRENGTHEN FAMILIES, AND PROMOTE HEALTHY LIFESTYLES THROUGH PHYSICAL FITNESS, FAMILY RECREATION AND WATER SAFETY AWARENESS.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in ice hockey, ice skating, alpine and cross-country skiing, sledding/tobogganing and other winter sports. Coaching; access to skating rinks, ski slopes or other facilities; sports equipment; and officials for competitions are generally included.

GLACIER FALLS FIGURE SKATING CLUB, FOUNDED IN 1961, IS THE FIRST SKATING CLUB IN ORANGE COUNTY AND HAS BEEN A MEMBER OF THE UNITED STATES FIGURE SKATING ASSOCIATION FOR OVER 50 YEARS, WITH A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT COMPETITIVE AS WELL AS RECREATIONAL SKATING. WE FOSTER A SAFE, HEALTHY AND FUN ENVIRONMENT WHERE ATHLETES CAN COMPETE ON A LOCAL NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in baseball or softball. Coaching, access to a baseball field, baseball equipment, uniforms, and managers and umpires for games are generally included.

Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO TEACHING THE YOUTH OF LAKE COUNTY THE FUNDAMENTALS OF FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING WHICH INCLUDED SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK, COOPERATION, RESPECT, FAIR PLAY AND OTHER CHARACTER BUILDING ATTRIBUTES TO THE YOUTH WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.
