ORGANIZE AMATEUR MOTORSPORTS EVENTS, UNDER THE SANCTION OF THE SPORTS CAR CLUB OF AMERICA.

These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.
