RODEO TO ENHANCE 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION. ENCOURAGE HISTORICAL SPORT/LIFESTYLE OF RURAL AG COMMUNITY. EDUCATE AND PROVIDE CLINICS FOR YOUTH TO PARTICATE IN HISTORIC LIFESTYLE AND SPORT. ESTIMATED 500 COMPETITORS AND ROUGHLY 3000 SPECTATORS

MOUNTAIN VIEW LIONS CLUB FOUNDATION, INC. WILL OPERATE AND MAINTAIN AN 11- ACRE COMMUNITY PARK WITH BASEBALL FIELDS, BASKETBALL COURT AND COMMUNITY SERVICE BUILDING. WE PROVIDE A WIDE ARRAY OF COMMUNITY SERVICES FOR THE SIGHT IMPAIRED AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR OTHER HUMANITARIAN NEEDS. WE ALSO SUPPORT LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL.

A THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED FOR THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSE WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501C3 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 AS AMENDED THE CODE OR CORRESPONDING PROVISIONS OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX LAWS: I TO ELEVATE THE IMAGE VALUE AND REPRESENTATION OF BLACK WOMEN AS ATHLETES AND LEADERS IN BUSINESS INDUSTRY AND PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS; 2 TO PROVIDE DIRECT ACCESS TO SOCCER AT EVERY LEVEL TO UNDERREPRESENTED MINORITIES IN THE WOMEN'S GAME THROUGH EDUCATION MENTORSHIP AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT; AND 3 TO CONDUCT ANY LAWFUL ACTIVITIES WHICH MAY BE NECESSARY DESIRABLE OR VALUABLE IN ACCOMPLISHING THE FOREGOING PURPOSES EITHER ALONE OR TOGETHER WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS HAVING SIMILAR PURPOSES.
