ADAPTIVE SPORTS OF OHIO IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED TO REMOVE BARRIERS TO ENSURE THAT INDIVIDUALS WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES HAVE A CHANCE TO PLAY AND UTILIZE SPORTS TO ELEVATE ABILITY AND EMPOWER FUTURES.

MISSION:

THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR THE EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE OF HOLDING TITLE TO PROPERTY, COLLECTING INCOME THEREFROM, AND TURNING OVER THE ENTIRE AMOUNT THEREOF, LESS EXPENSES, TO ITS SOLE MEMBER, PHI GAMMA DELTA FRATERNITY, INC. ("FRATERNITY"), A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER INTERNAL REVENUE CODE ("CODE") SECTION 501(C)(7).

TO SUPPORT YOUTH IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ATHELTIC SKILLS AND OVERALL CHARACTER BUILDING IN ORDER TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATIONAL AND ATHLETIC FUTURES.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in swimming, diving, snorkeling, surfing, water skiing, water polo, boating, white water rafting and other water sports. Coaching, access to a swimming pool or other facilities, sports equipment, and officials for competitions are generally included.

The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

THE PENSACOLA SKI AND TRAVEL CLUB ORGANIZES SKI AND TRAVEL TRIPS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS

The goal of this organization is to sponsor sports competitions for amateurs at the national, state, or international level or competitions at multiple levels including the international level.

MISSION:

WE PROVIDE RECREATION AND COMPETATIVE TEAM ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH. CURRENTLY THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 200 GIRLS AND BOYS ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM. NONPROFIT STATUS ALLOWS PROGRAM TUITION TO REMAIN RELATIVELY LOW WHICH ALLOWS ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM TO A WIDER RANGE OF CHILDREN. RIVERSIDE GYMNASTICS ACADEMAY IS COMMITTED TO "BUILDING CHARACTER THROUGH THE SPORT OF GYMNASTICS"

The goal of this organization is to operate facilities for cooperative group living experiences in the out-of-doors; and which provide opportunities to learn campcraft, nature lore and conservation, and participate in a wide range of indoor and outdoor recreational, athletic and group social activities including cookouts.

MID-MISSOURI SPORTS PARK'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE MID-MISSOURI YOUTH WITH A FACILITY TO TEACH AND MODEL THE PROCESS OF SUCCESS WITHIN SPORTS IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT THAT PROTECT THE SELF WORTH OF ALL INVOLVED AND TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT AT A COST THAT IS AFFORDABLE TO ALL YOUTH.
