THE WVFC WILL PROMOTE, SPONSOR, ORGANIZE, AND ADMINISTER SOCCER PROGRAMS EMPHASIZING SKILL DEVELOPMENT, TEAMWORK, AND GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP FOR THE COMMITTED SOCCER PLAYER. THESE PROGRAMS WILL BE ADMINISTERED WITH THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF PLAY, GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTION, AND COMPETITION. WITH DIVERSE PROGRAMS OPEN TO PLAYERS AGES 8 TO 19, FROM THE RECREATIONAL TO THE ELITE LEVEL, WVFC ASPIRES TO HELP YOUNG PLAYERS BUILD A LOVE FOR THE GAME.

These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

The goal of this organization is to sponsor, organize and promote fairs and festivals. Includes collectible/antique fairs, county and state fairs, street fairs, festivals, parades, and other similar activities during religious and patriotic holidays and other special occasions.
