These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

NORTHSTAR TEAM FOUNDATION SUBSIDIZES COACHING & TRAVEL EXP, EQUIPMENT, LODGING, DUES & MEMBERSHIPS FOR THE NORTHSTAR RACE TEAM WHICH PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES & TRAINING FOR ATHLETES AGES 4 TO ADULT. ATHLETES ARE TRAINED BY CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS & COMPETE IN RACES HOSTED BY THE NORTHSTAR RACE TEAM & AT OTHER SKI AREAS.
