MISSION:

VERNONIA BOOSTER CLUB IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT OVERSEES NON-SCHOOL YOUTH SPORTS. INCLUDED SPORTS ARE SOCCER LITTLE GUY FOOTBALL BASKETBALL BASEBALL T-BALL AND SOFTBALL CAMP AND A VARIETY OF COMMUNITY SUPPORT.

MISSION:

COMPUWARE YOUTH HOCKEY, INC. IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED IN 2001, TO DEVELOP HOCKEY PLAYERS SO THAT THEY MAY REACH THEIR HIGHEST POTENTIAL NO MATTER WHAT LEVEL THAT MAY BE. THE FOCUS OF THE CORPORATION CENTERS ON MENTORING, DEVELOPING, AND SHAPING THE CHARACTER OF THESE YOUNG PEOPLE, TO MAKE SURE EACH PLAYER HAS A MEMORABLE, POSITIVE EXPERIENCE COMPETING.

MISSION:

SOCIAL CLUB PROVIDING OUTDOOR SWIM/TENNIS ACTIVITIES TO MEMBERS. THE CLUB IS OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY EACH YEAR AND IS RUN LARGELY BY VOLUNTEER MEMBERS AND PAID LIFEGUARDS.

TO ASSIST, PROMOTE, AND SUPPORT CAMP KIRKWOOD IN ITS OPERATIONS AND FACILITIES

ESTABLISH AN ASSOCIATION WITH PROFESSIONAL GOLFERS, PROFESSIONAL VENDORS AND THE MEDIA TO DRAW ATTENTION TO JUNIOR GOLF. IT IS OUR GOAL TO INTRODUCE AS MANY YOUNG PEOPLE TO THE GAME OF GOLF AS WE CAN. IT IS OUR DESIRE THAT THE YOUTH OF TODAY EMBRACE THE GAME OF GOLF AND RECOGNIZE THAT MANY OF THE SKILLS AND LESSONS LEARNED ON A GOLF COURSE CAN TRANSLATE INTO THEIR DAILY PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIFE.

AS THE GOVERNING BODY FOR TENNIS IN THE CHICAGO AREA WE ORGANIZE USTA PROGRAMMING PROVIDE SUPPORT TO PROVIDERS AND CLUBS AND PROMOTE THE GREATEST GAME THROUGHOUT OUR COMMUNITIES.

TEACH SKILLS AND RULES OF SOCCER. THE ORGANIZATION SERVES OVER 2,500 CHILDREN AND HAS 185 TEAMS IN PREVIOUS YEARS.

TO PROVIDE BOATING OPORTUNITIES AND MARINE RELATED EDUCATION FOR PEOPLE WITH DIABILITIES, VETERANS, AND YOUTH AT RISK.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in tennis, badminton, racquet ball, squash, table tennis and other racquet sports. Coaching, access to courts, equipment and officials for competitions are generally included.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.
