The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in ice hockey, ice skating, alpine and cross-country skiing, sledding/tobogganing and other winter sports. Coaching; access to skating rinks, ski slopes or other facilities; sports equipment; and officials for competitions are generally included.

These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

MISSION:

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO DEVELOP, PROMOTE AND ADMINISTER THE GAME OF SOCCER AMONG YOUTH (BOYS AND GIRLS UNDER NINETEEN (19) YEARS OF AGE), REGARDLESS OF RACE, COLOR RELIGION, AGE, SEX, OR NATIONAL ORIGIN WITHIN TERRITORY OF THIS ASSOCIATION. THIS ASSOCIATION REPRESENTS THE ENTIRE CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO, AND IS A CUSTODIAN OF THE PUBLIC TRUST IN BALANCING THE NEEDS OF A VERY DIVERSE COMMUNITY. OUR YOUTH COME FROM NEIGHBORHOODS THROUGHOUT SAN FRANCISCO AND FROM ALL MANNER OF SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, SOCCER CLUBS, FRIENDS' NETWORKS, AND SPORTS PROGRAMS. WE HAVE FOUND COMMON GROUND ON THE SOCCER PITCH. THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL NOT ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITIES OR EXERCISE ANY POWERS THAT ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE CARRIED ON BY A CORPORATION EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAXATION.
