THE CORPORATION MANAGES AN FRATERNITY HOUSE FOR MEMBERS OF KAPPA ALPHA ORDER AT SOUTHERN METHODIST UNIVERSITY. THE CORPORATION SERVES MEALS THROUGH 3RD PARTY CONTRACTORS TO THE MEMBERS AND MAINTAINS THE BUILDING. THE HOUSE IS UNOCCUPIED, SO SERVICES ARE NOT CURRENTLY NEEDED.
